New processing dates in NSC and TSC: I-140 for EB2 and EB3 are at August 2, 2007 now. NSC (Nebraska Service Center) and TSC (Texas Service Center) are two branches of the USCIS. To the lay immigrant, they pretty much perform the same duties in two different states.
