I-140 Backlog is 18 months now for EB3 NSC

NSC and TSC  September 2008 processing dates updated today shows NO PROGRESS. EB3 NSC is still at March 30, 2007. EB3 TSC is at July 27, 2007.

USCIS NSC & TSC differences - How does this make any sense?

NSC (Nebraska Service Center) and TSC (Texas Service Center) are two branches of the USCIS. To the lay immigrant, they pretty much perform the same duties in two different states. Even if there are differences, as long as the two process the SAME form for 2 different sets of applicants, does it not make sense [...]
