YAY!! Three year TN visas availble for Canadian and Mexican Professionals
This thread of Immigration Voice regarding the Three year TN Visa For Canadian and Mexican Professionals says it all. It’s good to see a happy positive tone from posters, a rare thing in the immigration world.
This bill will get signed into law tomorrow.
Still no progress or even signs of improvement for relief for EB3 I-140 or I-485 backlogs. Honestly, such indifference can drive anyone hopeless. I personally did not receive anything more than an automated reply from my congress person. I am glad that others that participated in this blog had better luck. What’s even more disheartening is that even pro-immigrant sites and lobbyists did not even respond. Some promises that were made to me to help with this effort were not kept, I don’t want to go into the details.
However, giving up is not an option. Let’s continue to do all we can to bring the news about the ridiculous I-140 backlog for EB-3 and even EB-2 (TSC) to the forefront in any way that we can.

Its such a old news…It came the same time when the EAD got converted to 2 years

They sign laws and later they do not follow them!!!
As you stated before and in other forums, they are processing I-140 aplications based on PD, what the hell with this procedure, is 100% against the law…OH! I almost forgot it, “they are the law”.
But I have something good to comment and share with you, last week, TSC congressional representative wrote to my congressman that they asked NSC ” please, pull and work the I-140 and notifiy to congressman”
