The Ombudsman’s office acts as a channel for immigrants to communicate with the USCIC and regularly recommends improvements to the legal immigration process.
I wrote to them to include the I-140 Processing Delay and Request To Reinstate Premium Processing as a topic for a future conference. You can suggest the topic for future USCIS Ombudsman Teleconferences by writing to cisombudsman.publicaffairs@dhs.gov.
