More reason to believe that NSC is approving I-140’s based on Labor filing date for EB-3’s.
For EB-2 filers, I am not sure what’s going on. Yesterday, there was an approval for a non-concurrent I-140 filing that was applied in May 2008, while there are plenty of from June and July 2007 EB2 filers that are still waiting for approval.
