The applicant’s labor filing date was in 2002. More reason to believe that NSC is processing I-140’s in the order of priority date. But that isn’t how it’s supposed to be, is it? I always thought it was supposed to by by I-140 Receipt date. Any thoughts?

If you see the other approvals in trackit,PD doesnt have to do anything with 140 approvals. Its is not possible that TSC & NSC work differently. All I can say is the NSC is too loaded with elections.

Of course they are loaded….but with our money!!!
Instead of hire & train competent officers to speed up processing times, though they said they hired more than 1,500 since July,2007 JUST LOOK AT THE PROGRESS THEY HAVE MADE AND WHAT A WASTE OF OUR MONEY.

Shah, I’ve been watching Trackitt closely and still find most I-140 approvals for EB3 in NSC are coming from priority dates that are older than 2006. See one today:

Note that I am talking only about NSC EB3 in this post. TSC seems to be processing them regardless of priority date, which is how it should be.

Why would NSC work differently from TSC? I think there would start approving i140 after elections.

[...] More reason to believe that NSC is approving I-140’s based on Labor filing date for EB-3’s. [...]

I dont agree with your statement
” More reason to believe that NSC is processing I-140’s in the order of priority date or labor filing date”.
MY labor filing date priority date is april 2001 and still no sign of approval in NSC
thanks
