I-140 Backlog is 18 months now for EB3 NSC
NSC and TSCĀ September 2008 processing dates updated today shows NO PROGRESS. EB3 NSC is still at March 30, 2007. EB3 TSC is at July 27, 2007.
The backlog is now 18 months. That’s over 100,000 people waiting in line for over 18 months without the ability to switch their jobs even if their employer harrasses them. How would our legislators react if their children or families were in such a situation? Would they still sit back and relax and say “that’s how the system works”???

Yes, but the articles was from 2004, before the AC21 procedure was put in place.
Do you know that this is still the procedure followed even though AC21 needs an approved I-140? If they are not going to approve the I-140 until the priority date for the I-485 is current, then in effect, AC21 is useless, right?

Good news for I140-EB3 filers at Nebraska. It appears to me that for at least last one month, all the Nebraska resources have been diverted towards EB3 processing. Please check yourself at trackitt.com by comparing the EB3 and EB2 approvals.
Hope we will see all EB3s will be cleared soon.
