100 votes and counting…
We have 100 voters that expressed their answers to the poll. THANK YOU for your support. The more votes we have, and the more posts and comment about this delay, the more our chances of getting noticed
Here are some ways to reach out to the powers to be:
1. I was told that Immigration Voice is the best place to approach to get this issue in the ears of CongressPeople since they work with a professinal lobbying company and have a lot of experience over the last 2-3 years on such issues. I wrote their Founder and core team member Aman Kapoor with a link to this site and looking forward to his reply. I will post here as soon as I hear from him or anyone else ImmigrationVoice. I encourage you to write to them individually, mentioning this issue. Point them to the poll on this site so they get an idea that a LOT of us are in the same boat and need this addressed. Their email addresses are here.
2. Do you know any other lobbying groups? If so, please pass on this website address to them and let them look at the votes.
Edit: I found this list of legal immigration lobbyist groups. If you know of more or have any contacts within these groups, this is the time to act!
3. I wrote to my Congress person - Shelley Berkley from Nevada again since I haven’t received a reply regarding my first Email a few weeks ago.

Today, I received information from my congressmen aide.
She got some information from TSC and she is waitng an answer from NSC which is where my I-140 is.
The lady (congressional service representative) at TSC told her that my I-140 has assigned an A# different to the A# I got when I applied my I-485. Both forms where submitted at different dates (April and July respectively. Then, this lady at TSC sent the mail to an officer (Joan T.) at NSC to get more details and pass them to my congressmen aide.
All this information was through the mail for congressman relationship area.
Good to know they are working on!!
